B&R Property Services started from a simple winter idea. At 17, while working as a pipefitter for a gas contractor, I found myself on unemployment during the winter months. To stay busy, I came up with the concept of a residential snow removal business. Soon, customers started asking what other services I offered, and that’s when the idea for a full-scale property service company was born. I partnered up with a friend who now co-owns the business, and together we grew it into the four-season property service company you see today. From snow removal to landscaping and everything in between, we’re proud to keep properties in Wayne and Oakland County, MI looking their best all year round.
